As cybersecurity threats continue to evolve, Check Point remains committed to providing you with the most advanced and effective security solutions. After careful evaluation, we’ve determined that the Harmony Email & Collaboration Protect package no longer meets the demands of today’s threat landscape due to the absence of key advanced security features like zero-day protection, sandboxing, and threat extraction.
To ensure our offerings remain aligned with today’s threat landscape, and your organization remains fully protected, we will be retiring the Protect package and transitioning customers to enhanced offerings that deliver stronger, more comprehensive security.

Your Next Steps
No migration is required, and there will be no impact on your customers. You can proactively update your SKU to one of the options below, or your current Protect SKU will automatically be upgraded on December 1, 2025. Both Advanced Protect and Complete Protect offer stronger, more comprehensive security to help you stay ahead of evolving threats.
If you're currently using Protect Email & Collaboration, you may see cost savings by moving to Advanced Protect Email Only. However, please note that protection for collaboration tools like Teams, Slack, and Dropbox would be deactivated in that case.
For other package transitions, there may be a change in pricing. We encourage you to check with your distributor or marketplace to understand any potential impact.
To help you make the most of these enhanced features that will be available to you, we’ve included configuration guides:
Any remaining Protect licenses as of December 1, 2025, will be automatically migrated to the appropriate Advanced Protect equivalent (Email Only or Email & Collaboration).
We appreciate your continued partnership and trust in Check Point to deliver best-in-class security to you and your customers. If you have any questions or need assistance with the transition, please reach out to your account team
