Microsoft recently announced a new policy (Announcement ID: MC1120871) stating that if third-party email security solutions re-write links to Microsoft Teams meetings, such emails may be treated as malicious by Microsoft’s systems.

To ensure that emails continue to be delivered properly, Check Point stopped re-writing Teams meeting links as of September 30th.

We recognize that this change may have had a potential security impact for some customers. However, this adjustment was a mandatory step to maintain compatibility and avoid deliverability issues with Microsoft’s updated detection mechanisms.
